1. What is the Anytime product?
The Anytime product is a voucher that offers you the opportunity to participate, at your choice, once, in one of the next three editions of Neversea.

2. If I have an Anytime pass, when can I decide if I choose to go to Neversea 2023?
For the 2022 edition, you must show your option to participate until January 31, 2022, from your Check In Online account, next to the ticket. If you do not want to participate in the 2022 edition, you can select the "Other Editions" option.

3. If I have a Risk Free Anytime Pass and when can I request a refund so that I can fit in the 60 days?
The 60 days are calculated taking into account the festival date July 6-9, 2023. Thus, the refund period is between May 6, 2022, and June 22, 2023.

4. What is Freedom Passport?
Freedom Passport is a product that offers you the opportunity to participate, at your choice, once, in one of the next two editions of Neversea. The 2023 Neversea Edition is the last edition a Freedom Passport holder can attend.

5. If I have a Freedom Passport product, until when can I decide if I choose to go to Neversea 2023?
If you have a valid Freedom Passport pass for the Neversea 2023 edition, for which you have selected "Other Edition" in 2022 or did not make any selection, your ticket is automatically registered for the Neversea 2023 edition and no further action is required from your part.
If the holder of a Freedom Passport pass does not participate in the Neversea 2023 edition, he will not be able to participate in any other edition of the festival.
6. What happens to the Check-in process, depending on each choice?
If you choose to keep the purchased ticket, the check-in will remain valid.
